Guests of the resort can not only enjoy the cozy atmosphere of rest, but also go on an exciting "quiet hunt". Walking among the mountain landscapes in search of porcini mushrooms, chanterelles and other gifts of nature will make your vacation unforgettable.
Transcarpathian mushroom soup recipe:
Mushroom soup is a wonderful dish that can warm you up on cold autumn evenings and fill the house with a pleasant forest aroma. Below is a simple recipe for this dish that is perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of potatoes
- 150 g of fresh forest mushrooms
- 100 g of onion
- 100 g of carrots
- 0.5 l of milk
- 2 Art. l. sour cream
- 50 g of cooking cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mushroom seasoning to taste
Cooking secret:
- Pour water into a 2.5-liter pot and put it on the fire. First peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes. When the water boils, put the vegetables to cook.
- Meanwhile, fry finely chopped onion in a pan until golden.
- Prepare the mushrooms: wash them well and cut them into cubes.
- When the potatoes and carrots are half cooked, add the mushrooms and fried onions to the pan.
- Add salt, pepper and mushroom seasoning to taste. Bring the dish to a boil, continue to cook until the mushrooms and potatoes are fully cooked.
- In a separate container, mix milk, sour cream and cooking cream until smooth.
- After the vegetables and mushrooms in the pot are cooked, pour in the mixture of milk, sour cream and cream. Bring to a boil again.
- When serving the soup, sprinkle it with finely chopped fresh herbs for additional aroma and freshness.
