Banosh is especially relevant in the fall. When it's cool outside, when you want something warm and hearty after a walk in the mountains - banosh becomes a savior. It warms not only the body, but also the soul.
Our chefs prepare banosh according to the traditional recipe. In a cauldron, constantly stirring the porridge with a wooden spoon. It's a ritual that can't be rushed. And the result is worth every minute of waiting.

Autumn is not only mushrooms and meat. It is also the harvest of vegetables. After all, each of us knows how beneficial fruits, vegetables and herbs are for the body. And even more so if they are grown directly in our own greenhouses and farms. As they say - from the field to the table.
The philosophy of the Voyevodyno resort is to use local, seasonal products. This is especially important in the fall. Vegetables from local gardens, mushrooms from the surrounding forests, meat from local farmers, dairy products (brynza, sour cream, cream) - from Transcarpathian farmers.
We at Vojvodina are very proud to be able to offer our guests our own vegetables and herbs, grown with great care in our greenhouses and on our own land. Grandpa on the farm – a new location for growing vegetables and juicy greens and authentic relaxation for our guests.
Crunchy cucumbers, sweet carrots, sun-drenched tomatoes, and fragrant herbs – all of this is grown and harvested by hand on the rich Carpathian soil and transferred to the kitchens of the restaurants of the Voevodyno resort.
