Trout baked on coals

This dish is the highlight of our resort. Fresh trout grown on our own trout farm. You can catch it yourself, and we will prepare a delicious fish dish. We invite you to the resort, where you can enjoy fishing, and then enjoy your delicious catch. Bring it to the kitchen of any of our restaurants - and we will surprise you with a special dish. Trout is cooked over an open fire with the added love of our chefs. Such a cooking recipe turns, at first glance, an ordinary fish into a work of kitchen art. Trout contains a lot of omega-3 fatty acids, which make it extremely healthy. So, along with the pleasure of the meal, you will get a portion of vitamins and nutrients.

Baked potatoes

Coal-baked potatoes in combination with crackers and Transcarpathian cheese become almost ideal and the most desired side dish for our delicious trout among the guests of the Voevodyno resort. The crispy crust and special aroma of hot potatoes will allow you to fully enjoy a delicious dish.

Deruny in Hutsul 

One of the most popular main dishes of the Kolyba restaurant, which has become famous far beyond our resort. According to legend, the name of the dish came from the Hutsul ethnic group, who lived in these territories in ancient times. They needed hearty food - and added meat to the traditional daruna. Our chefs use such simple ingredients to create an incredibly tasty and hearty dish that has long become popular and desirable among guests.

If you are fond of daruna, be sure to try the "Hutsul" version made by the professional chefs of our resort. You will discover the Carpathians in a different way, also thanks to the hearty cuisine that is characteristic of this area.

Bograch 

This is a traditional Hungarian dish. Delicious rich and spicy soup, which is prepared in a cauldron in the open air. At Voevodyno, we prepare it according to our own recipe from ecologically clean products grown on our farms.

Those who have studied the history of cuisine believe that shepherds invented bograch. When they grazed cattle, they put everything they took with them into their cauldron. It could be meat, lard, vegetables and roots. The shepherds cooked it for a long time on the stove, and at the end they seasoned the dish with paprika. So bograch has a rather spicy taste and will appeal to spicy lovers.

Apple strudel 

A dish that we left for dessert for a reason. It is prepared according to our author's recipe - from homemade dough and apples that grow in the garden of the resort. The strudel is served with a sauce that includes a secret ingredient. In the combination of all this, you can feel the real pleasure of the delicate taste.
