Accommodation procedure

When settling in, it is necessary to register and carry an identity document (passport for adults, birth certificate for children) and a voucher for accommodation, if available.
Check-in time: from 14:00.
Check-out time: before 11:00.
All rooms and cottages are designed for non-smoking guests. In case of violation of this rule, a fine and a fee for additional cleaning will be charged.
Staying in a room for children up to 5 years old without providing an additional bed is free of charge.
A baby bed is provided free of charge for children under 2 years old.
Pets are allowed at the resort in certain room categories (please specify when booking). The maximum number of animals living in one room is two. When settling in, you must familiarize yourself with the rules for living with pets, as well as have the animal's passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations.
The cost of accommodation with animals for a period of up to 14 days is UAH 1,000. for cats and dogs, for other pets (rodents, birds, etc.) – 150 hryvnias. If the period of stay exceeds 14 days, the tariff is paid again.

Payment for accommodation can be made in any convenient way for the guest: non-cash transfer, debit card and cash.
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to make a prepayment in the amount of 1 day from the total cost of accommodation for the entire period. Full payment for accommodation is made at the resort reception upon check-in.
If the advance payment for accommodation is not received within 3 working days from the moment of booking / invoicing, the booking is automatically cancelled. The reservation service informs the guest about this in advance by phone or e-mail.

In case of cancellation of the reservation 2 weeks or more before the date of arrival, cancellation of the reservation is carried out without penalties. The amount of the advance payment is returned or remains and can be used by you during the year.
If the reservation is canceled less than 2 weeks in advance, a penalty in the amount of the first day's stay will be charged. The rest of the advance payment is returned or remains and can be used by you during the year.
If it is necessary to shorten the booked period of stay (depart earlier) and inform about it less than 3 days before the departure date, a penalty in the amount of the cost of one day of stay for each booked room comes into effect.
When booking accommodation in the New Year and Christmas periods, fines come into effect 14 calendar days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation of accommodation reservation during the New Year period, the advance payment is not refunded.
When booking accommodation during the high period of the May holidays, fines come into effect 14 calendar days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation of the accommodation reservation, the prepayment amount is not returned.
