The reservoir is surrounded by a dense forest, and if you come here in the velvet season, you will be treated to an incredible landscape. But even in summer it is more than comfortable here. The lake is located at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level, which, according to doctors, is the ideal height for human health.

The lake is crystal clear and quite deep - up to 15 meters. But you should not worry about this: two swimming pools are set aside from the lake, one of them is for children. There will be no reason to worry about the kids.

This lake is quite small, but popular among tourists. There is no developed infrastructure here, but you can swim or ride a catamaran. As everywhere in the Carpathians, the place captivates with the beauty of the surrounding nature. The lake is surrounded by mountains, which creates a specific microclimate. It is rarely windy here, and the average annual temperature is well above zero.

The reservoir was formed anthropogenically, that is, due to excessively active human activity. Once upon a time there was a salt mine in this place, which begged and filled with water. As a result, we got a popular place for rest and treatment, because the properties of the water here are almost the same as in the Dead Sea.

And this lake is already huge - 56 hectares! But it was also formed due to the activity of people, but this time already at the place of the quarry. Therefore, its depth is considerable, in some places it reaches 16 meters. This place is gradually turning into a full-fledged analog of sea resorts. There is both a paid, equipped area and a free beach, but without amenities.
