It is recommended to collect in the period June - July during flowering;

Carpathian yarrow – for digestion and immunity. Used for wound healing, calming, improving digestion, lowering blood pressure, for inflammatory processes, for skin and hair care. Collected during the flowering period – from June to August and used as decoctions and infusions.

Mountain thyme - respiratory system. It is used not only in folk medicine, but also in cooking as an aromatic spice for various dishes, and dried thyme leaves are added to tea to improve the taste and obtain beneficial properties.   • have certain knowledge and experience as some plants have doubles and can be dangerous.
