The whole secret lies in the main ingredient of the soup \u2013 porcini mushrooms. Soup cooked from a local delicacy has a special taste that cannot be repeated. Apparently, even for the sake of this soup alone, it is worth covering tens, hundreds of kilometers and coming to <a href=\"\/en\/\">Transcarpathia for vacation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Lecho<\/h2>\n<p>Those who do not eat meat also have something to try in Transcarpathia! One of these dishes is lecho. The main ingredients for the dish are quite democratic - sweet pepper, onion, tomatoes, eggs and sour cream can also be added. Actually, every housewife has her own lecho recipe. You will definitely like one of them!<\/p>\n<h2>Rokot-potatoes<\/h2>\n<p>Translated from Hungarian, this difficult name translates as &quot;potato baked in layers&quot;. From the name, it is easy to guess that the ingredients are laid out in layers.
